About the Author

Vegan Digital Nomad is run by Marc Z. Goldgrub, a lawyer originally from Toronto. He loves road trips, records made between 1968-1974, melodic techno raves, and most things weird and colourful. He’s been a normcore vegan since 2011, and served as a VegTO board member between 2023-2025.

Marc also runs:

• Green Economy Law, a corporate law firm helping founders, operators, and investors build the future of therapeutic psychedelics and the green economy, with offices in Toronto and New York; and

• Avir, an event space and short-term rental wellness studio in Toronto’s Kensington Market.
